Cast Film Coextrusion Lines: CXL Series
Macro's CXL series of cast film coextrusion lines are targeted to processors seeking to take their film capabilities to the next level. The CXL cast film lines produce high performance films for food and medical applications in an efficient and cost-effective manner. The CXL cast film coextrusion line is configurable from three layers for CPP up to nine layers for barrier films. In addition to the traditional barrier films using combinations of PP, PA and EVOH, CXL lines are capable of producing barrier films with PVdC by utilizing the option of PVdC encapsulation. The option of edge encapsulation is available to dramatically reduce trimmed waste.
