Biaxially Oriented PVdC Casing Line

Macro, in cooperation with Dow Chemical, offers casing processors a flexible and versatile solution for the production of PVdC casings. This solution includes the PVdC casing extrusion line, PVdC resin for casing production, process know-how and colour matching technology.

The Macro-Dow solution for casing production is simple, flexible and versatile, offering the processor multiple advantages compared to other single layer and multiple layer casing lines.

Auto

The PVdC casing line is equipped with a PVdC extruder, two high nickel alloy extrusion dies with three lipsets each, a stainless steel water bath with a water chiller, bi-orientation section and a two-spindle, center driven winder.
