Macro's DXL Series of double bubble lines for bioriented film is the ideal solution for processors seeking to produce tubing for 5-layer shrink bags with PVdC in the middle layer. With over a decade of experience in PVdC extrusion, Macro has designed the double bubble system to produce high performance barrier shrink films for food packaging in an efficient and cost-effective manner. The double bubble system is also capable of producing barrier structures using EVOH as the barrier.
