Biaxially-Oriented Blown Film Lines

Macro's proprietary film technology provides various options for unique applications of biaxially oriented (bioriented) film.  Macro is the world leader in designing and building lines for the production of biaxially oriented PVdC films and casings for sausage and cheese packaging.

	The DXL Series of Double-Bubble Lines These barrier shrink film lines, typically three or five layers, are used for producing bioriented barrier film tubing for making round bottom shrink bags for meat and cheese packaging.
	Monolayer PVDC Film Lines These lines are used for the production of bioriented heat shrinkable PVdC film used in high-speed form-fill-seal packaging of cooked sausages.
	Monolayer PVDC Casing Lines These lines are used for the production of bioriented heat shrinkable seamless PVdC casings for sausage production.
