K-2001 Preview
At Macro Engineering & Technology Inc. we are looking forward to K-2001, which will be held in Düsseldorf, Germany from October 25 to November 1, 2001. The organizers of K-2001 are using three words to identify this premier event: vision, innovation and business. As with K-2001, these words identify Macro in a unique way:
Our vision is to be a leading designer and manufacturer of advanced extrusion & coextrusion equipment for barrier & specialty films, and specialty winding & unwinding solutions.
We achieve continuous innovation through our commitment to investing in R&D. To date Macro owns over 30 patents related to plastic film processing technology. In the last twelve months alone, we were the first in the world to successfully introduce encapsulation technology to the blown film process, completed the development of the first commercially available seamless PVDC Casing Line for Sausage Production in cooperation with Dow Chemical, and developed our ACCUPRO automatic gauge control system for blown film dies, among other innovations. These and other technologies will be exhibited during K-2001.
Our business is to work with our customers to provide solutions to their needs, build quality and value into our products, and deliver service continuously. We work with our customers on engineer-to-design projects and support their need for confidentiality when required.
